Under each Go60 key is a low-profile Kailh Choc v1 mechanical key switch.
MoErgo has collaborated with Kailh, and together we have created some of the best low profile mechanical switches on the market, exclusive to MoErgo.
Since Go60 prioritises travelling and ergonomics, we have chosen only quiet and the most comfortable switches.
3 key switch choices are available for Go60:
Golden Kiwi is exclusive to MoErgo, the result of 3.5 years of development and field trials. It's a silent tactile key switch, with a notable bump partway through the keystroke that signals a successful key activation.
The low-force tactile bump is satisfying to press and great for ergonomics. The main spring is factory lubricated to minimize the spring ping sound, which is common to many mechanical switches. The top casing is made of POM for extra smooth movement. The silicone dampening rings keep the switch quiet and provide a cushion when the switch hits the bottom, reducing impact on the fingers.
Golden Kiwi comes in two variants: a white case and a black case. The case color matches the Go60 keyboard color you choose.

Key switch choice is very personal. The Go60 works well with any of these key switch choices.
These questions may help:
Do you need a low-force key switch?
If yes, the Cherry Blossom 30gf silent linear is the lightest switches we have available for Go60. If you need an even lighter switch, you can change the switches of your Go60 to 20gf Choc v1 Pink switches or similar.
Do you intend to use Go60 in a library or an office?
All of our MoErgo exclusive silent switches are perfect for a library or other very quiet places.
Do you like tactile feedback, i.e., a notable 'bump' feedback midway into the keystroke which signals a successful key activation, when you press a key?
If yes, then you should consider the Golden Kiwi switches that are exclusive to MoErgo. The Golden Kiwi switches are specially designed to provide tactile feedback while being easy on the finger; they have one of the lowest tactile bump forces on the market.
On the other hand, if you prefer a buttery smooth key press action, then the silent linear key switches Cherry Blossom and Plum Blossom are for you.
What is a safe choice?
Everyone's preference is different, so there is no such thing as a universal safe choice. However, if we really need to choose one, we would pick Golden Kiwi. It has tactile feedback, so it is easier for beginners. It is quiet, so it won't disturb others in shared space.
What if I don't like my switch choice?
Go60 supports switch hot-swapping. With the included key switch puller, you can replace the switches with your own preferred Choc v1 compatible switches. We also sell our exclusive switches on this website.
